Now Hiring: Project Manager

Location: Nationwide

Position Summary

Manages, supervises, and executes key processes that support timely Project completion. Represents the Client and Bankmark with the utmost degree of professionalism. Delivers fast, friendly, and efficient customer service to the Client. Conducts recruitment, hiring, and training of Project Team Members. Ensures that Bankmark's service standards, Best Practices Policies and Procedures are maintained. Partners with the Project Managers to meet Project objectives. Responsible for adherence to Project budget. Meets with clients and staff periodically. This is a national position that requires the ability to travel and relocate with the possibility of relocating approximately every 9 months to a year.

  • Banking experience a plus

Responsibilities as a Team Leader

  • Directs recruitment efforts and executes hiring of the APM and ECs
  • Trains Project Team Members according to Bankmark's standards
  • Monitors and motivates Project Team Members
  • Conducts and leads status meetings with Team
  • Defines priorities, quickly identifying important daily objectives that are in line with overall

Project objectives

  • Communicates assignments and delegates priorities to Project Team Members; ensures that duties are performed entirely and on-time
  • Maintains an impeccable work ethic, sets and encourages high standards within the team
  • Manages Project Team Members' performance standards, initiates corrective actions, and recommends job advancement or termination when necessary
  • Leads salary negotiations with prospective Team Members
  • Ensures that all Project reporting is accurate and timely
  • Maintains detailed project files to track success

Responsibilities as a Liaison Between Bankmark, Project Office and Client

  • Conducts weekly status meetings with the Client
  • Attends Board Meetings, discusses current issues and addresses concerns
  • Provides marketing direction and business guidance to the Client
  • Maintains open lines of communication between Bankmark, Project Office and Client
  • Implements quality assurance measures throughout the Project
