Education: The Strategic Planning Quiz

Are you really ready to strategically operate your bank?

If so, you must have in place a set of basic tools with which to construct the plan that is capable of serving as your road map to success. Below is a mini self-test which incorporates the critical issues that lead to successful planning.

  1. Within the last 6 months have your directors and senior management devoted at least 1 day away from the office and participated in a planning session of any type?
